State Patrol Investigates Armed Robbery

The Nebraska State Patrol is turning to the public for help in identifying two men who held up a convenience store near Norfolk Tuesday morning.  Surveillance photos of the crime have been released.

The Nebraska State Patrol is turning to the public for help in identifying two men who held up a convenience store near Norfolk Tuesday morning. Surveillance photos of the crime have been released.

It was about 12:30 am when the men walked into the Prime Stop North store a few miles north of Norfolk on Highway 81 just across the Pierce County line. The men, armed with a shotgun, stole money and merchandise from the store.

The men wore ski masks and drove a beige or silver four door 1998-2006 Buick car. Photos of the car and the men in the store are attached as pdf files above this story.

One of the men is described as white, in his 20’s, 5’10”, and 160 lbs. He also wore a tan plaid flannel jacket with a hood, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and yellow and black gloves.

The other is described as white, in his 20’s, 6’0”, and 165 lbs. He also wore a black “Hurley” long sleeve shirt with gloves. He was carrying a blue and black backpack.
