State Of Nebraska To Study Climate Change

Nebraska lawmakers have voted to give first round approval to a bill that would require the state's climate-assessment commission to study and report on how climate change is impacting the state.
The measure advanced after a handful of lawmakers denounced global warming. About 97 percent of scientists agree human activities contribute to climate change.
