It was about 20 degrees too cool and a day early, but it didn't stop many from gathering in south Omaha on Saturday to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.
Aside from bringing attention to businesses along 24th Street, there were many activities for families including carnival rides, food and music. "No problems, have a fun time just with everybody, even meeting new friends, too,” said Jafed Martinez.
Several events were canceled Friday night due to the weather. Click here for Sunday’s schedule of events.
