When four juveniles were caught skinny dipping in the early morning hours Wednesday, police ordered them to put their clothes back. The kids were then read their Miranda Rights.
The scene of the crime: The pool at Breckenridge Apartments southwest of 156th and West Center Road. Police were called to the pool at 3:23 a.m. Someone reported seeing 3-4 people trespassing in the pool area.
When officers arrived, they found the four juveniles swimming in the pool completely naked. The officers observed that the two gates to the pool were still locked & secured with chains. Once the juveniles were clothed, they were escorted to the front of the clubhouse where they were read their rights and cited for criminal trespassing and indecent exposure.
A parent was then called to take the juveniles home.
