A man was hit by shrapnel Thursday evening at "The Bullet Hole" firing range in Sarpy County.
According to the Sheriff's Office, the man was not shooting, but observing target practice when the incident occurred. He was hit by a small piece of lead from the ricochet of a .22-caliber bullet.
He was treated and released at an urgent care medical clinic.
