A man found at an Omaha convenience store Sunday morning with a gunshot wound refused medical treatment.

Police say 25-year-old Corleone McCury was driving westbound on Hamilton Street around 4:30 a.m. when he heard gunfire and realized he'd been shot.

McCury pulled into the QuikTrip parking lot at North 47th and Hamilton where he was checked by medics, but refused treatment or transport to the hospital for his graze wound.

The SUV was damaged by the gunfire.
