Shooting Investigated
A 26-year-old man is recovering after being shot in Omaha Wednesday afternoon.
Cordero Conner told police he was working on his vehicle in the street at 24 and Larimore just before 5 p.m. when he heard a gunshot and realized he'd been hit.
Conner's father drove him to Creighton University Medical Center for treatment of injuries not considered to be life threatening. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call police at 402-444-5626.
