Ashland Man accused of sexual assaulting two children.
Scott Tingelhoff, Saunders County Attorney, reports Gilbert Edmonds was charged with 2 counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault on a Child, a class II Felony, which has a maximum sentence of up to 50 years imprisonment. He is scheduled to appear in the Saunders County Court for a Felony First Appearance on November 13th, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
An officer with the Ashland Police Department received a report of a sexual assault on a child. After investigation, an officer determined two juveniles were sexually assaulted at the Edmonds home.
