Sex is the topic at the next Omaha Science Cafe.

At the Dec. 3 event, four researchers who form the Omaha-based Midlands Sexual Health Research Collaborative will discuss their work. They'll also provide science-based answers to questions about sex.

The four have expertise in men's and women's sexual health, sexual literacy, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender populations, HIV and STDs.

The Science Cafe is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Slowdown, 729 N. 14th St.

The event will be the first in a four-part series that will be held over the next year to discuss different sexual health topics. The free events are open to people 21 and older.
