Halloween has arrived and many children will soon be heading out to trick-or-treat. For some, the festivities began in the morning.
Dressing up in costumes and trick-or-treating, this is the day many kids look forward to.
“I love Halloween.”
“I like trick-or-treating.”
“I love to get candy, it's so much fun.”
Three friends dressed up as their favorite football team. “We like football and we usually go see the games a lot.” Along with ketchup and a fairy, there were also some very creative costumes.
Also celebrating were the kids at Omaha's Children's Hospital and Medical Center, which held a fall festival where kids could play games and dress up.
“It's nice to have the kids have something to do and get out of the room instead of sitting inside and wishing they were doing something,” said dad Kerry Walford.
