A convicted robber has been listed as escaped from a work release facility in Des Moines.
The Iowa Corrections Department says 34-year-old Cory Frahm was placed on escaped status after an unexcused absence from the facility on Sunday.
Frahm was transferred to work release on Sept. 21. The department says he was convicted of robbery in Polk County and of failing to report contraband in a correctional facility. His prison time began in October 2002.
