The SWAT team was called. Police believed that a man had barricaded himself in the home and he might have also been injured.

Officers were passing a phone through a window of a house and noticed the man was passed out. They went inside and found the man on the floor with a wound to his chin.

He has been identified as 55-year-old Darwin Cox of Council Bluffs.

Police believe that Cox tried to shoot himself after he shot Millisa and say that Cox could face charges in the incident.
