Police are searching for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run accident in Omaha late Wednesday night.

It started when a pickup driven by 29-year-old Alcides Orellana and a dark-colored car were going west on L Street just before midnight. Orellana told police the car, with four men inside, began following him and intentionally rear-ended his truck near 55th and L.

When Orellana pulled into the QuikTrip near South 60th and L, the driver of the car allegedly drove at Orellana, striking him before taking off heading south on 60th Street.

Orellana suffered minor injuries and declined to go to the hospital.
