Prison Sentence For Marijuana

Marijuana discovery leads to prison sentence.

Scott Tingelhoff, Saunders County Attorney, reports Dylan Laughlin was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment of not less than 5 years nor more than 9 years with Department of Corrections following his conviction of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana.

An officer with the Ashland Police Department had a search warrant to enter the house that Laughlin resides at in Ashland,Nebraska. A subsequent search of the house was conducted and the evidence was discovered. Laughlin was then arrested.
