Elmwood,Nebraska gets postal service update. The pending minutes say Will Andrew of the Elmwood Post Office reported that at this point the plan for that post office is a reduction of hours to four hours a day. Nothing is definitively set and could change at any time, which could include the closing of the post office.
The Cassgram reports In January or February of 2013 a survey will go out to residents and it is advised that as many residents as possible fill out and return this survey. A representative of USPS will hold a town hall meeting. That meeting is tentatively set for sometime in March.
