Police make an arrest after a man is found firing a gun off within city limits.
It happened Monday evening around 5:00 p.m. Officers were responding to a call of gunshots fired in the area of 37th and Kansas.
When they arrived on scene, they were pointed to a house by bystanders. There they found the suspect.
Wallace Hubbard, 19, was booked for two counts of discharging a firearm within city limits.
