Police have made an arrest in a shooting that happened December 19th, 2012.
Twenty-nine-year-old Priscilla Fields is in custody facing charges for a shooting that occurred at 28th & Hickory.
Twenty-five-year-old Jessica Monjarez of Council Bluffs was shot early December 19th.
The shooting was the result of some "altercation."
Fields is charged with Second Degree Assault, use of A Firearm to Commit a Felony and Felon In Possession of a Firearm.
