Police Investigate Toddler's Death
Police in Pacific Junction are investigating the death of a toddler.
A child was found unresponsive in a residence on Saturday.
Police say the 13-month old was transported to the Nebraska Medical Center with "extensive injuries."
The child later died.
Officials are waiting for autopsy results now to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The child's name has not been released.
