Authorities in eastern Nebraska have identified a driver killed in a car crash along U.S. Highway 81 six miles south of Columbus.
The Columbus Telegram reports 62-year-old Robert Lupien of David City died Tuesday morning in the one-vehicle crash.
A witness says the car veered off the highway. It eventually struck a culvert on the west side of the highway and rolled. It crushed the driver's side.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
