Criminal mischief suspected at Memorial Park in Plattsmouth.
Plattsmouth Police posted a picture of the graffiti at the park on its Facebook page on Monday. Then, an officer radioed in another report of a graffiti incident yesterday.
These reports come on the heels of tire slashing incidents, reported by the Cassgram, and other criminal mischief reports including the keying (scratching) of automobiles. The tire slashing incidents last week all happened in the same general area to the west of Memorial Park.
Police are asking you to call the non-emergency number at 402-296-3311 if you have any information on any of these incidents.
---The PD also posted copies of the city ordinances dealing with curfew times in the city on Facebook. The curfew pertains to those under 17, 11pm to 5am weekdays and midnight to 5am on Friday and Saturday nights. The ordinances posted also spell out the fines involved and parental liabilities in observing the curfew.
Police records show there have been six curfew citations issued since May 1st of this year.
