Police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting at an Omaha home Saturday morning.
Just before 4 a.m., police and paramedics were called to a residence near 45th and A, a block south of Grover Street. Officers at the scene told Channel 6 News that five people were in the house attending a party.
The victim, 23-year-old Paul Gordon, was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center in critical condition with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. He is expected to survive.
Twenty-two-year-old Michael Overgaard was booked for felony assault and use of weapon to commit a felony.
