Police say a Lincoln man hospitalized after being struck by a car late Wednesday night appeared to be intoxicated.
Police and paramedics were called to 76th Avenue and Pacific streets in Omaha just after 11 p.m. Investigators said 57-year-old Jeffrey Cambridge was walking across Pacific when he was struck by a car driven by Daniel Groth.
Cambridge wasn't near any marked crosswalk and was wearing dark clothing. He suffered a broken leg, knee, and pelvis along with a facial fracture. The driver was not injured.
