The name of a woman who died on Monday in a crash on I-29 near Pacific Junction has been released.

Rebecca May Kleinwolterink, 59, of Orange City, Iowa was killed on Monday afternoon after she was ejected from the vehicle she was riding in.

The SUV was southbound on I-29 when a rear tire blew. The driver, Galen Kleinwolterink appeared to lose control and it rolled two times, according to Sgt Mike Wesack with the Iowa State Patrol.

Rebecca was in the back seat of the vehicle and was thrown from the car. She was flown by medical helicopter from the scene to an Omaha hospital where she died.
