Six arrests have been made, and two felony warrants issued, in connection to two separate homicides.
Police booked 26-year-old Matthew Saunsoci, 23-year-old Joshua Vanackeren, and 24-year-old Adam Gamble for first degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony in the death of 16-year-old Montrell Wiseman. First degree murder felony warrants have been issued for 38-year-old Francis Cayou and 20-year-old Angelo Tolbert.
Wiseman and 16-year-old Desjuha Wilkinson were shot at 21st and Binney early Sunday morning. Wiseman died at the scene.
Gamble was also arrested for unrelated misdemeanor warrants. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Cayou and Tolbert are asked to call police at 402-444-7867.
Twenty-four-year-old Avery Tyler is in custody in connection to the murder of Delayno Wright. Tyler was booked for first degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony, as well as, attempted first degree murder and use of a weapon. 28-year-old Romesha Fountain and 22-year-old Jelani Johnson were booked as accessories.
Wright was shot in the area of 175th and Center, about a block away from Halo Lounge, on September 3rd. He was taken to the hospital by private vehicle and later died.
