Convenience Stores Robbed At Gunpoint

Omaha police are investigating a pair of Sunday morning armed robberies.

The first happened at the Kum & Go near 72nd and Pacific around 4:45 a.m. A clerk said two men entered, one with a gun, and they demanded cash.

Then just before 7 a.m., officers were called to investigate a holdup at the Bucky's Express near 45th and L streets where two men walked in, pulled a gun and demanded money and cigarettes.
