Robert Wagner, the man seen on Creighton University Medical Center surveillance tape being “taken down” by Omaha police officers in 2011 now wants to help them.
Wagner has created KNOSE or Keeping North Omaha Safe for Everyone.

Wagner tells Channel 6 News he would also like to create a citizen’s patrol that would keep an eye on “hot spots” in order to deter crime. After Wagner's incident with police at CUMC, two officers were fired. They have since been rehired.
