The Omaha Nighthawks players will follow in the footsteps of the NFL by wearing pink gloves and socks, while coaches will wear pink shirts, to commemorate breast cancer awareness.

In a news release, the Nighthawks thanked Methodist Hospital Estabrook Cancer Center for presenting the Second Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Game.

Wearing pink is a visible symbol of support for those battling this disease and those working diligently to find a cure.

Information on breast cancer prevention will be made available at the game at designated locations around the concourse.

Kick-off for Saturday's game is set for 7pm, with parking lots open at 3pm.

A fireworks extravaganza is planned for after the game.

Dave and Buster's, located at 132nd and Center will be hosting a post-game party featuring Stuart Schweigert's foundation Stu's Crew, to help raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Many players will be in attendance to support Stu and his foundation. Fans are encouraged to attend.
