A 45-year-old southeast Nebraska man is returning to prison to serve more time for arson.
Bryan Campbell was sentenced Wednesday to a total of 44 to 84 months. He'd pleaded no contest to one felony and two misdemeanor arson counts. Prosecutors dropped a charge of interfering with a police radio system in return for his plea.
Campbell was charged with starting grass fires in April 2011 near Blue Springs in southeast Nebraska. Twenty wooden posts and a corner post were damaged by one of the blazes.
Campbell was convicted of two arson counts in 2004 and was sentenced to 20 to 60 months in prison.
