A 21-year-old man who stabbed a teenage girl's father after being caught in her closet in rural Roca has been given 360 days in jail.
Authorities say Aaron Hansen had hidden in the girl's closet at her home on Feb. 20. But her parents discovered him, and he struggled with her father to get away.
Lancaster County deputies say Hansen pulled a folding knife and stabbed the girl's father in an arm.
Hansen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and carrying a concealed weapon.
Lancaster County District Judge Robert Otte on Wednesday sentenced Hansen to 180 days in jail on each charge, to be served
