As crews work to complete the project, Nebraska Crossing outlet mall representative Sara Nelson says they've been getting more and more questions about jobs. Of the 60 tenants confirmed for the mall, 20 will be at an upcoming job fair.
"Brands will be set up and ready to take applications and resumes," said mall representative Sara Nelson. "The tenants are looking to fill part-time, full-time, and managerial positions at the center."
Although stores like Coach, Brooks Brothers and Nike haven't moved into the mall just yet, they will be at the job fair.
"We are expecting a lot of jobs to open up," said Nelson. "I don't know that any positions will be filled at the fairs themselves. Some brands are pushing applicants to their website to fill out applications, some will be accepting applications at the event, and others will be accepting resumes for the managerial positions."
The mall's grand opening is scheduled for November 15.
There will be two job fairs. The first will be held at Gretna High School on Saturday, September 28th from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
