A motorcyclist was killed in a crash at 156th and Chandler Road Monday evening.
According to investigators, the motorcycle was northbound on 156th Street when it hit a Toyota Corolla that was turning left on to Chandler. The impact caused the motorcycle to go airborne. It slid down the road and hit a Honda CRV.
The driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital by medical helicopter and pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Alegent Creighton University Medical Center. He has been identified as 27-year-old Kyle Magwire of Omaha.
The drivers of the Honda and Toyota both refused medical treatment.
All three vehicles were impounded as part of the investigation. No citations were issued.
