A federal Grand Jury has returned an indictment against the mother of Nikko Jenkins.
Lori Jenkins was charged with two counts of felon in possession of ammunition. According to court documents, Jenkins was caught with Brenneke 12 gauge classic magnum shells on August 2 and Remington 9 mm ammunition on August 20.
The maximum possible penalty for each count is imprisonment of 10 years, a $250,000 fine, 3 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
Jenkins is one of several suspects tied to murder suspect Nikko Jenkins, who is accused of murdering Andrea Kruger, Juan Uribe-Pena, Jorge Cajiga-Ruiz, and Curtis Bradford.
Lori Jenkins faces other charges in connection to those cases as well.
