Texting has been linked to a flight crash in a U.S. aviation first. The NTSB meets Tuesday to assign a cause for a deadly medical helicopter in 2011. Several texts were sent and received by the pilot in the minutes leading up to the Missouri crash. This is the first time the agency has found evidence of texting leading up to a fatal flight accident.
