A 44-year-old Bellevue woman who was turned in for drunken driving by her 12-year-old daughter has been given 90 days in jail and five years of probation.
Lisa Thompson-Phillips was arrested last April after she picked up her daughter from a volleyball game. The two reportedly had an argument and the daughter called 911.
Police say Thompson-Phillips' blood alcohol level was more than
three times the legal limit.
A felony child abuse charge was reduced to misdemeanor
third-offense drunken driving and a felony drunken-driving charge
was dismissed in return for Thompson-Phillips' guilty plea.
