A two-vehicle accident shut down the northbound lanes of the Kennedy Expressway for several hours Friday morning.
It happened at the intersection of highways 75 and 370. One pickup was southbound when a wheel came loose. The driver lost control, crossed the median and T-boned another pickup.
Both drivers were injured; one taken from the scene in critical condition by medical helicopter.
