Court records say Daniel Miller of Kearney has been charged with sexually assaulting a minor and with enticement by electronic means.
An affidavit filed in support of an arrest warrant says the girl told investigators that she had gone hunting with Miller in December. She says she knew him because he had been her assistant Girl Scout leader in Kearney.
She told investigators that the sex was consensual. Nebraska law
prohibits people 19 or older from having sex with those under 16.
Charges have been filed in Dawson and Buffalo counties.
It's not yet clear where Miller will be prosecuted.
