Man Stabbed By Stranger While Raking Leaves

Police have arrested a 38-year-old Lincoln man who allegedly stabbed a stranger while he was raking leaves in his front yard.

Jon W. Tucker was charged Friday with second-degree assault and using a weapon to commit a felony.

Police say Tucker walked up to a 50-year-old man around 3:30 p.m. and stabbed him in the back.

Police got a call from the victim's house, and found Tucker within a block of where the attack occurred.

The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
