An Omaha man remains in critical condition after being shot in his home Friday morning.
Twenty-four-year-old James Benson was wounded in the back after a shot was fired through the window of the house near 40th and Parker around 1:15 a.m.
Benson was taken to Creighton University Medical Center and is expected to survive. He was one of about 10 people in the house at the time of the shooting and police say neither Benson or the others are cooperating with the investigation.
