Lincoln police say a man is in critical condition after a shooting at 19th and Garfield Streets. They say suspect is still at-large.
Authorities say the 22-year-old victim was hit once in the chest and once in the hand by bullets. The shooting happened around 9 p.m. Tuesday and police do not yet know what precipitated the violence. The victim was reportedly found at Russ's Market at 18th and Washington, a few blocks from the shooting scene.
Police swarmed the area in an attempt to find the suspect. A weapon was found, but it has not been determined whether it belonged to the gunman.
