A Lincoln man arrested Tuesday with nearly two pounds of marijuana will face an additional charge because he lives close to a high school.
Twenty-year-old Mario Ostiguin lives less than 1,000 feet from Lincoln High School. Police say they found a gallon-sized bag full of marijuana in plain sight.
He faces charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver with an enhancement for being near a school.
