Former WOWT weatherman Dale Munson has died. He suffered a heart attack on Thursday at his daughter’s home in Lincoln. He was in his 80s.
Munson came to WOW radio and TV in the early 1960s. He retired from television in 1991 and later worked for KVNO radio in Omaha.
A memorial service will be held next Saturday, December 1st at 11 a.m. at Lutheran Church of the Master, east campus, 114th and Center in Omaha.
