A man is facing an assault on an officer charge after allegedly spitting in the face of an Omaha police officer.
Twenty-seven-year-old Quentin Moses was being taken to the Douglas County Jail for walking in the roadway, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.
According to the police report, once inside the garage of the jail, Moses turned and spit in the officer's face.
Blood was drawn from Moses to test for any communicable diseases.
