A 33-year-old Lincoln woman accused of setting her home on fire has been given 20-to-48 months in prison.

Last month, Julia Frederick pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree arson. Frederick was sentenced on Monday.

Police say Frederick set fire to a sheet inside the mobile home on Nov. 3, 2010, then left. Fire officials say the home was a total loss.

No injuries were reported.

Frederick was being evicted from the home.

Her attorney, Chris Eickholt, told Judge Jodi Nelson on Monday that Frederick's behavior was a cry for help. Eickholt says Frederick "does things that don't make a lot of sense."

He also says Frederick has gotten help for medical and substance-abuse issues that contributed to her actions.
