Police are looking for a man they say robbed a Kwik Shop with a box cutter.

Around 1 a.m. Thursday, police say the suspect entered the Kwik Shop at 23rd and Cornhusker Highway fashioning a box cutter.

According to police, the suspect demanded money from the clerk and left the scene in a blue Ford Taurus wagon.

Officers then spotted the vehicle at 20th and Cornhusker Highway. They say the vehicle drove off at a high speed, and for safety concerns, police did not pursue the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5'6" to 5'7" with a skinny build and dark hair.

Police say he was wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeved dark colored jacket, a stocking cap and a blue bandana covering his face.
