Families were gathered around Walnut Creek Rec Area tonight. They were casting off to catch a big fish
It's part of Nebraska Game & Parks 2013 Family Fishing Night.
It ran from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
10-year-old Grace Charlesworth knows how to catch a fish. Her grandfather taught her.
"So then I started pulling it in and I figured out it's a seabass. My grandfather taught me how to know if it's a Saltbass, a Seabass or a Bass." Said Grace Charlesworth.

Thursday, July 11th. Papillion, Halleck Park Lake
Wednesday, July 24th. Omaha, Benson Park Pond
Thursday, August 13th. Papillion. Halleck Park Lake
They all run from 6-8 p.m.
