The trial of a 63-year-old Iowa City landlord accused of peeping on his tenants has been pushed back again, this time to September.

Elwyn Miller was scheduled to go on trial next week, but that has now been moved to September 24th. Miller is accused of spying on women in their bathrooms or bedrooms in at least two properties he owns. He was arrested last October and faces 11 counts of invasion of privacy.

The former tenants also are suing Miller. Trial for one of those lawsuits has been set for October 14th.
