A big change is coming to food labels for customers at Whole Foods stores nationwide. The chain of health food grocery stores will start letting customers know which foods are genetically modified.
Executives say all products in its North American stores containing genetically modified organisms, or "GMO's" , will have labels by 2018.
They cite a rising demand for non GMO products.
Some health advocates are against genetically modified ingredients.
But the federal government and many scientists insist they are safe.
