Baxter Luethje is set to go on trial September 26th for using a cell phone to capture women undressing in a changing room at Gordman's department store, now he's been arrested a second time for a similar offense.

The original incident happened March 27, 2011. Sunday, Luethje was arrested again for doing the same thing – though at a different venue.

Lincoln Police say employees at Fat Toad, a bar on O Street, reported seeing Luethje place a cell phone on a platform directly beneath a woman dancing. The 30-year old woman was wearing a dress at the time.

A review of the camera found video footage of the woman’s undergarments. The 23-year-old Luethje was arrested and cited for unlawful intrusion.
