The Iowa Department of Transportation say a single contract will
be awarded for work on the bridge, which has been closed since
An emergency letting is tentatively scheduled for Sept. 21. A meeting on the project will be held later this week with contractors.
The agency says the plan is to get the bridge rebuilt quickly and traffic flowing again.
