I-29 Reopens South Of Hamburg
Interstate 29 is open again after being shut down about eight hours Thursday. Wintry conditions and several crashes involving overturned large vehicles forced the Missouri Department of Transportation to shut down the interstate between Hamburg, Iowa and St. Joseph, Missouri.
However as of early Thursday afternoon that section of I-29 remained 50% covered in ice and snow. Drivers should be careful.
